Nature's Little Explorers, a nature-based program for preschoolers ages four and five. NLE programs start in the fall and continue through mid-spring. NLE runs for one hour, three times a month, once a week (pick either Wednesdays or Thursdays mornings 10-11 am).

Each program focuses on a nature topic such as a plant or animal and is presented in an age-appropriate lesson introducing several related facts through reading, art, crafts, song and/or exploring/playing outdoors. Space is limited to 12 children. Cost: CNE members $8 per session, $20 for a monthly series, non-members $12 and $30. For program topics, see upcoming programs.
